When preparing your files for printing, there are a few requirements to keep in mind to ensure that the final result is of the highest quality. Below are some guidelines to follow when preparing your files for printing

Files should be submitted in a print ready PDF format. This will guarantee that all fonts and graphics are embedded and that the file is ready for print.
If your design has any images or colors that extend to the edge of the page, it’s important to include a bleed. A bleed is an extra area of the design that extends beyond the page margin, which ensures that there are no white edges when the final product is trimmed. For example, a bleed of 3mm (or 0.125 inches) is typically used.
All images and graphics used in your design should be high resolution, specifically 300 DPI (dots per inch) or higher. This ensures that the images will print clearly and look crisp.
The color mode should be CMYK and not RGB!
When submitting a print ready PDF, please be sure that all fonts used are embedded. This will secure that the designed or chosen font will be produced on the final printed product.
